The best thing I like about my hospital is it's campus, environment, infrastructure and greenery. It's a beautiful lush green campus with a lot of plants. My hospital has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. I learn something new almost everyday. Career growth excellent...

Because less number of doctors are there so work load and pressure are high.salary Is low.politics can be considered as a part and parcel of every place. Holidays are very less.

Not much of work which could help in learning. Doctors are not at all trained and very rude behavior. when I used to work there were not Clinical trials in my research department due to rude behavior of management, doctors and lack of awareness of them towards clinical trials.Work culture is poor.Salary scale is poor. Hospital management do not takes any care towards it employees.
