I don't like anything there anymore. Previously i liked the staff but due to the boos behaviour everyone left one by one and new employees were really bad just in the favour of boss.

Dislikes

Salary, treatment with articles and employees, no promised holidays. Work coming in holiday hours. Work commitments after work hours with no limit. No proper treatment even if you pour your whole strength. Politics. Also there is one more office merged and the staff of that is cheap and they also influence the boss of Sarage Doshi association. Trust issues! Only what they want to hear is the truth for them. Partiality! One of the boss is very interested in personal life and also is irritating. Will do everything possible that not only ur professionally disturbed but also your emotionally disturbed in personal life!...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
