If I answer honestly to this question, only the children's smile and behaviour to the teachers. Otherwise the behaviour of the colleagues were horrible. The management was also messed.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Their policies, their decision about the stuff's dressing n all. Salary scale. Behaviour. Working environment and the list goes on. The colleagues are always trying to pull you down and make nuisance. They also make some damages or anything wrong and give the blame on you and degrade you in front of the principals. They won't even give your work courtesy!

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
