I like the MD. He always supporting me. I love the fact am a part of Sr.. Merchandiser with marketing team.

Dislikes

There is no team work in sar apparels. Our GM always given the wrong commitment to customer without intimating to merchandiser. End of the day we can't able reach commitment.

the company infrastructure is too good, very decent working environment, there is a lot of learning & working with eminent buyers in the knitwear domestic market as well as international market, mainly in kidswear. Got good future prospect. so good career growth, there is innovation plus job working for buyers.

Dislikes

appraisal is less which is why sometimes it is depressing.

communicating with team as well as buyers, guiding the sampling department for making proper samples as per buyer's requirements, working with design softwares for making artworks & graphics , coordinating with production team & giving approvals
