Amazing culture, great people and Very technically strong projects. Endless opportunities to upskill.

Dislikes

Very ad hoc policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.

Good only if you have a good manager or account leadership

Dislikes

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(

- Salary gets credited on time - Work from home is pretty much accepted and encouraged across the board.

Dislikes

- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

Nothing. They are very good at fooling candidates while hiring.

1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Manager doesn't know how to speak with team members. 6)Manager asks to overwork (16 to 18 hours). 7)Forced to take KT's even before relieving from previous company that too 15 days. 8)Join if you want to get trapped. 9) Harass employees to leave the company even before the contract. I would have given less than 1 star if it was available but unfortunately it's not there. Here it's a list of things which would come under dislike. Management is not proper, no corporate behavior, staffing partners will talk very rudely to employees as if they are giving their own salary to us. No proper tech stack allocation for the project... Like this tons of issues we can list down.

Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

Dislikes

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

make the person in front of you resign without any reason The Publicis team enjoys showing each other in a bad light, however I want to know one thing, why was I made to resign when I have been on the log bench for over a year and even today. But I was still on the project in January

1. Better than standard pay. 2. Decent work culture. 3. Decent work life balance. 4. Nice office space with open spaces to work or just chill.

1. Most of the work related stuff mentioned above depends on the project you’re in. 2. If you’re unhappy with any of the aspects changing projects is not easy. Even more impossible if you want to switch verticals.

Used to be a good company 3 years back.

Dislikes

The composite losing business, especially significant clients like Lloyds Bank have got rid of them. No hike for anyone form last 2 years. Promotions are distant dream. Those who are on bench are desperate for projects and those who have got projects are desperately looking to quit. Job safety and Publicis Sapient are oxymorons.
