Perfect example for Nepotism. They usually hire each others' relatives. Poor management level. Way of talking of senior managers are very poor totally unprofessional and illogical facts given by them.

There is nothing good at Sandmartin, the management is the biggest downgrade in their system, not an employee oriented company. Samir Ranjan is pathetc liar, only ask you to come & never take the interviews professionally.

I am working here from 3 year because of bond commitment(finally i'll be free in 1 month) they will force you to sign the bonds. If you are joining this company please be prepare to deal with worst, there is so much biasness,no learning opportunity,no growth, you will be in so much work pressure, salary is not as per market standard. Nothing to like about the company. No benefits. They say they work on fixed timings 9-6. But you have to work untill the work gets over. You have to complete the daily targets and if you’re not able to complete them then you have to sit late. Team leaders expect you to work till late because they do so. Salary deductions are terrible. They don’t care you’re sick or anything the salary is deducted. If you Don’t complete 160hours for a month then salary is deducted. Salary is not enough as compared to work. If you get sick while working then team leaders will ask you to take pill and work. No on the job learning. The job will be a serious dent on your CV. No skill development. Nothing. If you want to learning something you have to do it on your own. If you cant do quality work then managers can send you warning letters and can also ask you to leave the company. No pantry nothing. No coffee machine. If you can’t bring lunch then you become dependent on ordering online because there’s nothing to eat outside office too. There is not a single thing about this company to like about. However, when I joined all because of the interviewer who was going to be my manager. Till the time he was in the company, I learned a lot from him. He has been an amazing manager and mentor in contact centre.

The company is not at all good to start your career with. Because company will only give you a dent on your resume. They hire people with x amount of per month salary and when it comes to the salary day. If you wont check your salary slip you will not get to know what exactly is the reason for getting less salary. Their so called HR- Samir Ranjan thinks that 500rupees doesn't value anything to an associate. So he said its just a matter of 500 rupees let it be why to discuss with the management. And their boss- Vishal Manchanda Ji-- If you go to him he will always put the blame on his boss who is the CEO of this company who doesnt know how to run a contact center. And has given the command of the contact center to someone who doesnt even have any knowledge or experience about the contact center. They are not transparent neither with their employees nor with the clients. DURING MY INTERVIEW I WAS GIVEN A FIXED SHIFT BUT THEY DOESNT KNOW THE MEANING OF FIXED TIMINGS. I HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN 12 HOURS A DAY TO BUILD THEIR PROCESSESS BUT IF YOU NEED A SUPPORT FROM THEM THEY WONT HELP YOU. BECAUSE FIRST THEY DONOT HIRE THE SHRINKAGE OR BACKUP% IN ADVANCE AND THEN IF YOU HAVE HIGH SHRINKAGE THEN YOU NEED TO PREPARED OR THEY WILL ASK YOU TO BE IN OFFICE DURING YOUR EMERGENCY AS WELL. They personally doesnt know the meaning of Integrity, Compliance but they expects their employees to be compliant with the polices. Oh Did i just say policy-- they doesnt even know how to follow their own written policies. There is no opportunity of growth, learning and development. Nothing as much, it's the worsed place I have ever worked. You can't use your phone need to lock in locker before starting work. If you found using mobile they'll deduct your salary. Also when it comes to salary part they have there own useless retention scheme where they auto deduct X % from your salary and say it will be paid after 1 year. The company is known to provide great work life balance and that's the best part about it, no senior would expect you to denote any time beyond your normal shift also they are always ready to help in case of any doubts or problem.

Dislikes

I am here for more than 7 months and did not get any specfic reason of dislike however if the organisation will work on 5 days basis in comparison to alternate saturdays it will be more convenient to employees.
