They make employees fool by adding bonus money in their salaries but actually they deduct the amount from employees salary and give that money back to the employee after every three months by doing some more deduction from that bonus too. Work culture is also very poor and no facilities are given to the employee and so unhygienic place is that . Perfect example for Nepotism. They usually hire each others' relatives. Poor management level. Way of talking of senior managers are very poor totally unprofessional and illogical facts given by them.

If you’re blessed then your team mates could be nice.

Nothing to like about the company. No benefits. They say they work on fixed timings 9-6. But you have to work untill the work gets over. You have to complete the daily targets and if you’re not able to complete them then you have to sit late. Team leaders expect you to work till late because they do so. Salary deductions are terrible. They don’t care you’re sick or anything the salary is deducted. If you Don’t complete 160hours for a month then salary is deducted. Salary is not enough as compared to work. If you get sick while working then team leaders will ask you to take pill and work. No on the job learning. The job will be a serious dent on your CV. No skill development. Nothing. If you want to learning something you have to do it on your own. If you cant do quality work then managers can send you warning letters and can also ask you to leave the company. No pantry nothing. No coffee machine. If you can’t bring lunch then you become dependent on ordering online because there’s nothing to eat outside office too. The company is known to provide great work life balance and that's the best part about it, no senior would expect you to denote any time beyond your normal shift also they are always ready to help in case of any doubts or problem.

Dislikes

I am here for more than 7 months and did not get any specfic reason of dislike however if the organisation will work on 5 days basis in comparison to alternate saturdays it will be more convenient to employees.

You will always be pressurised to work with worst policies which has many loopholes as all of them are employer oriented. Worst leaves procedure. Managerial staff is pathetic.
