I would like about the company has 2 week off every week and not disappointed in leave requirement.

Dislikes

As there is no internal promotion happening and as i can't seen any increment in this year.duto many of projects closed suddenly so also i and also all employee are received any Leave in cashment.

Marble box solution LLP is a great place to work, especially for freshers, as it provided an excellent platform to learn and grow. It offers a supportive environment that helps in building strong professional foundations. The experience there truly acts as a career booster.

Dislikes

Marble box is great for learning and career growth, the upper-level policies and politics were a drawback. These aspects sometimes created challenges in the work environment. Despite that, it was a valuable experience overall.

This is the best place I have worked on and the best company I worked for till date. The work culture is fabulous. I have spent almost 5 years in this company and I would say that this is one of the best place to work.

Most Worst company I have ever worked. No job security even someone can loss his job at anytime without any prior notice, Not working in a systemetical way. Only their commitment is big but they never fulfill it, My suggestion to the upper management, please make your operation Department perfect and systematic if you as a company want to grow.

Marble Box maintains a good work culture and always thinks about the employee well-being. The job security in this company is always in the highest level. The higher management has always been supportive to all the employees and encourages them to grow in their work life.

Dislikes

The only thing I feel can be changed is the salary banding for the employees. On paper it may look like good or average however, if it is compared to other companies which deals with General Insurance it will be considered on lower side.

Excellent work environment/ Saturday - Sunday fixed week offs/ good relationship between colleagues / flexibility in shift timings / a lot of growth opportunities/ great training infrastructure.

Dislikes

Rude nature of some senior employees / partiality in promotion / work - salary ratio is quite low/ no work from home facility
