Many people spread negativity about Marble Box, but that's their personal choice or problem. People don't develop them to be on higher rank. I joined as a Processor and within the last 2 years, I have seen a lot of growth opportunities. For that, you don't need to be the favorite person of the CEO or GM. Or, no need to be in an affair with senior managers. Marble Box has a proper IPI (internal promotion initiative) process and defined cross-department people (HR, Admin, Top management) to manage that. People think they will join a company today and the day after tomorrow, they will become the CEO of the organization. During the Covid time, what Marble Box has done for all its employees that is commendable. I don't think other companies did the same. Even still now, so many employee-centric initiatives take place in the organization, I cant describe them. Check social media, Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram. You will be able to understand what a happening environment and culture of Marble Box have. Some people are mentally sick. If they don't get any attention from any female colleagues, and they start spreading rumors about them. That shows their family culture. Why people are so curious about others rather than doing jobs? If anyone has any personal grudge against someone, face that person. Go to HR. Solve that. But please don't spread negativity about any organization. That impacts other job seekers' lives. @everyone, don't be foolish with personalized posts by people. Mentality of some members. Too much greedy. Destroying the culture. Too much people/employee-centricity is restricting the organization from making tough decisions on those rotten potatoes.

I like the songs thar are playing while we are working and also the colours in the wall of the office. Also, I like the celebration happens in the organization.

Dislikes

There are some growth opportunities present in the organization, but this opportunities make a person more gridy and jealous. I have seen people got promoted do not know AMS navigations, do not have process knowledge, also do mistakes in the reportings etc. Also, some promoted members make some false statements that they got promotion because of our CEO or general manager likes them very much. It feels dishearten when seniors do not want juniors to grow and misbehave. So there are so many things come under dislikes. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I had an experience of 2.8yrs. We have to know the fact which is no one is perfect. MB develops you as an professional. Their L&D structure is very strong. And ethics are unmatchable if we compare it with any other organisation of this stature. Growth opportunity is booming.

Dislikes

No indian holidays, Prolong night shifts can be strenuous.
