Likes

Colleagues are well-trained and experienced at Dy Dir level; training facilities are difficult to receive due to bureaucratic red-tapeism; job security is always under threat; no career growth; salary is fixed; difficult to get TA/DA; politics and learning are found negative; work environment not conducive; work-life balance is unhealthy.

Dislikes

Threatenin. is common from bosses to remove from the job as it is contractual; travel for training and field visits is hindered by red tapeism; no innovation at all,
