One of the worst management I have ever worked with.The directors they directly manage the operations, they pretend to have knowledge about operations and hospitality but ultimately they are zero in this field .They hire managers ,DGM ,F & B Manager, but they don't allow them to work flexibly.

Dislikes

The main corrupted part is the Assistant corporate Hr Manager .From office clerk to direct HR Manager and then corporate within a span of a year. Without knowledge of company act and labor law. And last but not least she is in favor of groupism, that run the whole system and making the pathetic work culture.
