The most dreadful aspect is the recently implemented attendance policy, where attendance can only be submitted once; any missed submission results in leave without pay . It's appalling that the company is enforcing such strict regulations on when attendance can be recorded, leading to employees potentially not getting paid. Nothing to like about.. They will lure you to join because it is working from home and soon they will ask you to start working from office as that's the only benefit this company can give.

1. Bad appraisals not because you have a poor performance but because they believe it better to invest in AI than to give your employees appraisals. Also, they performance cycle is Jan to Dec but they give appraisals in July. 2. Half cooked policies including pay cut if you don't fill timesheet in 7 days. Also having sandwich policy. And no reversals in the upcoming month.. Any kind of mistake in your attendance and they will not at all help you out. 3. Micro management, Politics, Favouritism No one listens to your issues not even HR 4. Even if they listen they will not take action or try to frame you or will update the manager and then they will target you. 5. The senior partners themselves are not sure about the process but will frame you for any escalation to hide their mistakes and if raised with proof the manager will still target you 6. Getting too personal. Will check your posts, WhatsApp Instagram LinkedIn and accordingly target you again 7. If their favourite partner has done some grevious external error they will be getting appraisals and leaves and if the person they have targeted has just by mistake done a small internal error which can just be notified and the persona will take care of it they will put them in PIP in full intention to terminate them. Trust me this company is hopeless. I regret why I joined. Joining just because of work from home option is totally worthless because there will be no peace in your life left after joining sakon... I have 5 years of experience and sakon gave me anxiety and panic attacks.. No one is interested in how hard working you are till they have some benefits. No overtime allowance. Shift allowance is peanuts. Salary bracket is not same for all employees. They fool you around with salary too. For a same profile one is getting 4 LPA and the other is getting 8 LPA. And for a higher position they are giving 7 LPA.. makes no sense....Read More
