There are a lot many things under this category. Let's start: 1. Politics: The team is top notch when it comes to politics and drama. People who have spent some time in the process have stopped working and only getting things done from others and when it comes to errors or escalations they would find the most suitable and feasible goats to frame and escape themselves (trust me most of the resources who have spent around 2-3 years or more than 3 years are same). Not only team members but the politics starts from the top management. They have their favourites and if they would make an error with client escalation with huge impacts still they would fix everything and shift the blame. They would specifically target a set of people and you will always have to prove yourself time and again you have to take your stand very firmly or else you will be an easy mouse for the trap. 2. HR and Policies: The HR team itself is very absurd. If you have any issues and you raise tickets you will not receive replies on time and even the delayed response will be very irrelevant and when you reach out to HRBP they would not even see your messages for days and when they see and reply they would ask to to reach out to some other person and then that person will again ask to reach out to some one else and this way almost all your issues will not be solved. 3.Company Policy: They have started bringing half cooked new policies which will make you loose a part of your salary, they have very stupid and vain policies like if you have missed to apply attendance for a week let's say mon to fri and then you won't be able to apply that on coming Monday and your pay will be deducted and never reverse the LOPs. Optional leave policy is also very stupid They would themselves make some new new policies and then realise some points and they keep changing them every now and then without any senses Leave counts given are very less. They have no employee benefit aur engagement policies They ask for your confidential feedback and then complaint about it your manager. 3.Pay : The pay range is very low and unbalanced. They find people who for some or the other reason agree to the low pay scale and lure them to provide good appraisals but when the time comes for appraisals sorry to say but you will be fooled again my friend they would want to do negligible increase in pay and give insane unbelievable reasons. The cost cutting is some much that they would cut the annual meets for consistent 2-3 years and fool you that it's rescheduled but it's never scheduled again. They would put softwares to spy you 24*7 and you need to explain your inactivity for even 15-20 mins 4.Gadgets and devies : They can't even afford laptops they will give you used rented laptops. 5.Bonus/incentives: No more how hard you work they only appreciate and highlight there favourites and even when you receive Client appreciations they do have any incentive policy for your motivation but they will keep fooling you that there are starting with performance based incentive very soon. 6.Office : The office is very normal and small and cannot occupy all there employees and this is the reason for Work from home or hybrid office visits. They do not have canteen or mess or games. 7.Birthdays/Weddings/Farewell : Company doesn't care about any of these rather you and team will have to contribute the amount to celebrate all these for your team mates. 8.Training: Since most of the experienced resources have left, now the training is also hampered and the trainers are such that they have stopped working and have less ground level basic knowledge so they discuss their doubts with the colleagues 10 mins before the session and lie about the work completion. 1. Bad appraisals not because you have a poor performance but because they believe it better to invest in AI than to give your employees appraisals. Also, they performance cycle is Jan to Dec but they give appraisals in July. 2. Half cooked policies including pay cut if you don't fill timesheet in 7 days. Also having sandwich policy. And no reversals in the upcoming month.. Any kind of mistake in your attendance and they will not at all help you out. 3. Micro management, Politics, Favouritism No one listens to your issues not even HR 4. Even if they listen they will not take action or try to frame you or will update the manager and then they will target you. 5. The senior partners themselves are not sure about the process but will frame you for any escalation to hide their mistakes and if raised with proof the manager will still target you 6. Getting too personal. Will check your posts, WhatsApp Instagram LinkedIn and accordingly target you again 7. If their favourite partner has done some grevious external error they will be getting appraisals and leaves and if the person they have targeted has just by mistake done a small internal error which can just be notified and the persona will take care of it they will put them in PIP in full intention to terminate them. Trust me this company is hopeless. I regret why I joined. Joining just because of work from home option is totally worthless because there will be no peace in your life left after joining sakon... I have 5 years of experience and sakon gave me anxiety and panic attacks.. No one is interested in how hard working you are till they have some benefits. No overtime allowance. Shift allowance is peanuts. Salary bracket is not same for all employees. They fool you around with salary too. For a same profile one is getting 4 LPA and the other is getting 8 LPA. And for a higher position they are giving 7 LPA.. makes no sense....Read More
