Experiencing something new, how to interact with people and resolve their ongoing problems. But not getting any leave even in holidays. Total 6days working is much headache that too without any salary for almost past 6months. Yet there is scope for much better management and has a great potential for further holistic development.

Dislikes

In the offer letter, it is mentioned that there would be delay in dispersal of salary for 1-2 months. On my opinion, this has to be removed as there is scope and feasibility for improving the functioning of the institutions. At times it becomes really difficult for us to depend upon our parents for our regular needs.

NGO running OSC are worst.Its hampering our personal life though it's for women in distress but NGO put employees in distress.
