Too much politics at plant level, Lower increament even when you perform well, No clear job role, Current plant manager is too much biased about the caste and locality, he only invests on non-gujarati, special Biharis. No promotion will be granted if you don't be their slave. If you work hard to improve the process but still you won't recognise if you are not in their goodwill list. If you are willing to join them ask better rise on joining time, they will give you without hesitation. No plant HR available for long time, executive hr was running the department whose experience about hr is like Lalu Prasad is handling Bihar.
