I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Pathetic from every perspective.....I am most worried from customer side. Customers are treated poorly and do argue with customers every now and then. Lack of proper technical set kills the effort of sales people.
