Since this is a service based company. Everything depends upon client for which you are hired.

Leave policy is quite bad. Sandwich holidays will be counted as leaves. Upon encashment, you will get very less amount. No cultural activity. Even HR people not clear of leave policy. Except from salary, no other benefits . Payroll department is not good.
