As this was my first job therefore I have learned many things there and being terminal operator it was really great because I understood how to manager work pressure and pick the very profitable opportunity for the client.And I was also directly engaged with client management therefore have learned interaction skills there. and my re porting of the work was directly with the boss therefore it was great because my boss always suggest me for my development....Read More

Dislikes

There was no chance of any development in terms of salary. And that time I was also doing my company secretary course so I had very less time for studies.

Work Details

It was really challenging. lots of pressure and no senior support I will be wholly responsible for every thing happened there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
