Not able to provide salary on fix time, If you don't ask for salary they will not give, Company in huge debit, No money for even raw material, Lala type company, No training, No job security I was forced to resign because i asked for salary, which was already 15 days late. No scope for Mechanical Engineer, Ruins carrier of several purchase engineer/executive by forcing to resign after few months.

Work Details

I was in maintenance/engineering department, My work was to short out maintenance related issues which need technical purchase, and project purchase. Owner expect, from me to search parties those who work on post payment, but there dues were never clear

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Dislikes

RDI depends more on contracts from funding donors.At times funding may delay,especially when waiting for other projects to kick off,after successfully completing the awarded contracts.

Work Details

We work only for 8 hours and on a daily basis.As we are mainly involved in Inland Valle Swamp(IVS) development for rural communities.We are also engaged in training cocoa/coffee farmers on rehabilitation and nursery development.We also train farmers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
