In Eclerx the employees getting proper exposure to discover themselves. Canteen area is too good to have lunch/ dinner and chat with colleagues.

Dislikes

The only challenge I faced in Eclerx that is transport facility. It should be 24*7 even for Mumbai city.

For freshers it's an amazing platform to learn. You will learn subject perfectly. Just get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Poor management, favouritism, managers at high level have no skills, those who had good skills have left company due to better opportunity or were forced to leave/quit, HR is puppet of managers and will not take your side even if you're right and managers are wrong

Salary is on time but they will try to deduct as much as possible. So you have to be very calculative and precise about your half days, sick leaves, shift allowance, etc.

Dislikes

The company's moto is "All work and no play". There is no job security. They made tremendous loss after acquiring Personiv and started firing employees, just to keep the head above water and now in the verge of shutting it down. It is a company where nepotism is encouraged and things will against you if you bring this to management's attention.

first off all mothers is not having any flexibility to do work from home no supporters are there pls allowed work from home flexibilty to the the new morhers to rake care of xhildren with work life . I already completed 3 years here but i dint feel i m working in big finance company hope this work .

Dislikes

Manager and leads are arrogant and don’t have any manners to treat their employees and juniors. The one who is favourite to manager and lead will get promoted and get increment.
