The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Friendly nature of colleagues, got salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no overtime pay (even if they ask you to work after regular hours), no employee insurance, and you will have to work even if you are sick. There is no reimbursement if you are going home late at night from a cab. Some days you will have to work for 36 hours straight. And the manager will be like, 'We work only 3 months' (only he does, we have to work full year).
