Avoid RJAY Technologies at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience working with the company. Initially, they charge an exorbitant fee of ₹1,00,000-₹1,50,000 for an Associate Software Engineer position, which I thought was an investment in my career. However, once you’re in, the reality is far from whatthey promised. The company is notorious for not paying salaries on time—a problem that persisted throughout my time there. Despite repeated reminders and pressure, the salaries were delayed for three consecutive months. Even when they finally started paying, they would only clear one month's salary, leaving the other two months unpaid. This is a clear indication of their unprofessionalism and lack of regard for employees. On top of that, the CEO and Founder, Rajashekar Yadiki, is a complete fraud. After charging young professionals hefty amounts, His primary focus seems to be lining his own pockets, with no real concern for his employees' well-being or financial stability.
