This company only gives salary at timely, but TA bill are not cleared timely.

First the team mates always do politics with the new person in the company,no career growth is there because the person senior to you will always take the credit of work done by you,job security is not there they can throw you out any time whenever they want. Even the employer is not justiciable to the employee. Mentally Harassment will be always there after your working hours gets over.SERVICE MANAGER will always be torturing you by holding your TA BILLS,he will be wanting some percentage of money from your TA bill then only he will pass those bills, else you will have to suffer for your genuine money.
