The only thing which is good about the company is that you can learn how to do the work ownself because no one is there to teach you. Inspite of having many people no one is helpful.

There are many dislikes which I realised while doing my job. 1. There is no job security. You will be fired anytime from the company because your job security is based on employer's mood. 2. Everyone considered himself boss in the absence of boss. Even servants and drivers also considered themselves boss. 3. Employees can not talk with each other. There should be a pin drop silence. If you will talk than other people will complain about you to the boss. 4. The most important thing is salary which you will going to receive when the next month's 15-20 days will pass and the another thing is if you want to leave the company than just forget about your salary no matter how many days or months you have worked. 5.
