As per my own experience from Reliance now, Reliance is the good company to work for stable work life balance. Providing and supporting to learn more things and trainings for every related topics. It's very well organisation to work.

Dislikes

So, as per my own experience Reliance is the best platform but this is happening like we are hired and the profile work is not suitable for us then the issues are happened. Providing good compensation and benefits but too extra cuttings are not acceptable. That's the issue. No other things to worry, Reliance is the good organisation and well growing industry with good work culture.

Work Details

Work in shifts 24/7, imbalance timing, 8 to 14.30, 14.30 to 22 and 22 to 8am Intracity Fiber team responsible to check and close trouble tickets of Intracity Fiber Links. Guide and support field team for fiber links restoration.

Please don't go and join with sales dept[ Enterprise Sales ]. You will loss your entire carrear. They will torture you the way you never expected. Also if you work then also they will mark you absent and salary also you won't get. Leads you won't get from any where you have to hunt. If you sell one product then for installation you have to pay money to installation people.

Promotion and personal development. Persons getting their annual appraisal on time based on their performance rating but promotions period very delay in system which many of employee is facing since long back.

I am working last five years but no salary groth here and every year medical policy changes due to very costly as per compare to overall india medical policy not benficial ,rating is not going on as per work , I am very frustrated because in five year honestly working but salary is very low compare to other and after five year compleated but salary in hand below 30 thousands and no any single promotion....Read More

Actually I joined this organisation in October 2022 and I left 5 August 2023. My official notice period is 60 days. As I discussed with HR they agreed for notice period byout option. But they mentioned my last working day as per policy (60days) on reliance BGV portal as well on reliving letter and still they demanding me for recovery amount which is 26000 Approximate. I was joined another organisation on 7th August 2023. Now I facing reliving date issue because it's overlap with next organisation which was I joined on 7th August 2023 and affected on my background verification process. I didn't get any job deu to this issue my candidature drop due to this issue. This is really effected on my mental health and personal career growth. Because I have to pay EMI and financial condition is very bad. Because I haven't any job now. I am getting mental harrassment by this organisation. If I take any wrong decision in this situation reliance industries and and HR team will be responsible for that. If anyone thinking to join this organisation. I request them please don't do that because here is no safe work place and here no garranty of your present and future personal as well as professional growth.
