When I was working as lead Civil role in ZRTF Petrochemical Refinery Jamanagar. And when our reporting manager appreciated the way I had controlled & achieved my daily targets as per planned.

Partiality came into play when I got opportunity to work in Reliance Jio in SME Role. Huge politics & conspiracy made by SCH of UPE Sh Ravindra Vaish, Ajay Kumar Chaudhary Mast Lead both didn't want to stay me in the system, because I was quite strict in my roles & they required favour on behalf of me to their loved vendors which I didn't listen & continue my services the way I had done in my previous assignments in same project with other boss of UPE. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
