The HODs in Reliance is an great issue, they built up a gang of picks and harass others. The picks are not qualified nor experienced but are polisher of HODs and their family. Therefore fools survive hapily but qualified, honest, sincere will not. Since HODs are worried about their position if a intelligent person is appointed.
