No transportation facility provide. Employee here do carpool or come by thier own vehical.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and rhe management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Staffs are very friendly and Cooperative. Help each other to solve problem regarding site.

1st thing is here no Level maintain of Senior and Juniors employees. 5 yrs experience person also work at site as a normal engineer, same as 15 yrs experience employee work at site as normal engineer. 2nd thing is, Management not thinking about employees and their family members before Transfer to other location. No extra compensation provide and also Lack of Communication during Transfer and relocation of a employee.

Only one minor disadvantage, RCS , not providing Company vehicle for shift employees

The HODs in Reliance is an great issue, they built up a gang of picks and harass others. The picks are not qualified nor experienced but are polisher of HODs and their family. Therefore fools survive hapily but qualified, honest, sincere will not. Since HODs are worried about their position if a intelligent person is appointed. Therefore if you are a fool less qualified you have good future in Reliance. In Reliance a CA reports to uneducated person who is the pick of HOD.
