This company truly values its employees. Job security is a significant highlight; there are employees who have been here for over 15 years, which is a testament to the supportive and stable environment they provide. The work-life balance is also excellent, allowing me to excel both personally and professionally.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
