Salary is paid on timeline, and some of co-workers treat you like a family. Fresher can gain the knowledge about SAP and SCM Process.

Average Yearly Profit Apr 1100Cr /- But at time of increment the Managers way are treat like that NO BUDGETS. Even company can't be addordable amount of 1L per annum for Sincere Empolyees. But higher level of Employees Like Managers & RSM & GM etc getting the high level of salary and promotions every years.
