Pretty much in line with old reviews on GlassDoor: 1. Inappropriate language used by founder- When protested I was terminated w/o notice period or pay. They didn't even pay for two week's of due salary. 2. Pettiness/Cheapness- Was offered a package way lower than my last. Was forced to work on Sat and post work hours. 3. Micromanagement/Criticism- You will be criticised for everything you do and will be micromanaged to the extreme. Trust issues. Highly insecure. Do not expect logic if founders mood is off. 4. Pathetic HR- Treats employees like fools. Total disregard of HR policies/laws. Illegal and unlawful practices based on whims of the founder. Don't know how to hire and retain people. Not surprised they have'nt grown over the last 11 years. Founder thinks small and lacks growth mindset. TOXIC workplace. 'CULTURE LAST' approach. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....Read More

See as far as working with any company is concerned it's upto person how he takes n tackle problems n issues. It happens everywhere. Now, How is the company supporting during this pandemic, So it's terrible. There is no support at all from company's side till now n neither expected.
