It is a huge company but I was not getting paid properly.I was at home from 3 months as I was suffering from typhoid. I had not got any support or benefit from the company during this covid-19 epidemics. Thank you for asking

I had been telling that my salary would be increased after a certain period of time,but when that time comes I was told that my salary would be increased after another time duration. I didn't like this thing done to me.

Work Details

I was appointed as PPC coordinator. I started working with ramdev exports from 2018.It was very difficult for me to travel from my home to work place therefore I had to stay far from my family near the office. So it was difficult for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
