i joined Ramco systems after having industrial experience. In the start of my career change i was bit sceptic about the field but the team /colleague and the managers were so cooperative, within a short duration i was able to gain lots of knowledge in diverse fields....one more good thing about the base aviation team in which i worked with is they adapt new technologies for process improvement.....inspite of many discrepancy everyone in the team were so cooperative in achieving the goal....Read More

nothing more....salary/benefits can be raised.....transport facilities for people who stayback late can be taken care of in a better way.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
