You need not to know the timing of the college. Sometimes the college bus will reach at 11, the other time it may be 9:30. Once the MD madam leaves, the college will be off. If she leaves at 2pm then 2pm or the other she may stay in her office till 7pm and you stay till 7. Highly flexible, I would say. Even the classes may not follow the timetable, anytime madam may announce "students are tired, let them go to hostels".
