I have already left Radix last year, so genuinely no comments on this. :) But I have heard that they have not layed-off any employee which is a good part.

Celebrations were conducted, which was amazing, people used to enjoy all the parties. Cricket matches, and all were also being conducted for the employees refreshment. But, at times Company doesn’t value their employees. Self-growth was not a thing for radix, it doesn’t support ones personal growth until and unless company needs a person to learn that stuff. They have bond, which they don't even allow employees to pay in instalments. I wanted to leave the company and I asked them to pay 90% (in lac) of the amount straightaway way, and 10% (of the amount next month when I receive my next month’s salary. I even offered them a pre written cheque of the 10% amount dated of next month, but they didn’t allow me to do that. 🙂 They don't see a person’s effort and input or work efficiency, but rather than an employee is evaluated on the bases of 1) how many hours he has spent in the office 2) how much time he stays silent because if a person speaks a bit then he is categorised as non efficient person....Read More
