Where to I start ? First of all if you want to go for washroom your out time will be noted by your seniors. If you are taking 40 minutes of break then you didn't complete your 8:30 hours of in time ( it doesn't matter whether you stayed there more than 10 hours). Going for washroom more than 3 times a day then you are a bad employee. When you join the organisation they will show you the big infrastructure. But when you join this big infrastructure they will say you can't sit outside in your break also. Generally HR will handle the all thing but here HR is also included into some politics like if you are not obey them then you are not good fit. You have to say sir ma'am to every fu**** members in your team and seniors. They are not aware with the IT culture. If you want to join school again then must go for this organisation. If you ask any questions to seniors (tech lead I mean) they will noted it and will tell this to your manager. Very poor management. In this company they are just spending money to do digital marketing. So that they have all eyes on them.. but real fact is that .. no any employee of this company is happy there . They all just wants to complete there contract. So basically I forgot main point this company is having 2.5 lakhs of bond for 2 years.once you are in then you have to complete the bond. But if you leave after completion of your bond then you have to pay more than 50k . Because they have this kind of different rules and policies that whatever time you leave this organisation minimum amount ( it's almost around 70-80k) you have to pay to get your reliving letter. If you want to care about your mental health and manage work life balance please please do not join this organisation at all. I can write essay here but I don't want to 😊 Seniors (tech leads)will threatened you with lots of new rules and regulations. Note : I will tell you only my experience some other person can have some other opinion. Worst company ever I seen or heard. Lot of politics is there. No projects.They will keep you in bench throughout the year and then whenever Appraisal will come they will show you that you were not working this year so we will not give you singlepenny. Employment bond is their main weapon to keep employees for 2 yrs. They also do employment bond for experience professional as well. No salary standards are there like new joinees are coming with higher packages than experience professionals working there from 3yrs. They introduced performance pay this year the criteria was very weird it's like impossible. We can easily see their intent that they don't want to pay you any penny as performance pay. Don't trust on their digital marketing campaigns. Mostly are done by forcefully with employees. Location of company is very weird. As my opinion 2 major things you have to see before joining company. 1) obviously salary 2) Quality work which will be helping you guys to growth in future. Never join this company. Full of politics, micromanagement, favoritism, partiality towards dedicated employees. Worst leave policies. Worst exit process. I would change my career rather join this company. Donkey like work. Forced to work long hours and weekends and no compensation. Take leave and you are hated. Sh**ty processes to follow. Suggest a good thing and you are bad in the eyes of Egoistic managers. Visionless top management. Force interns to write good/scripted reviews on social/professional platforms. Force employees to agree upon not to write negative (actual reviews actually) anywhere when they are leaving. Egoistic middle management. Their ego is out of this world.
