Worst company ever worked with.Very good for beginners because they cannot pay more than a beginners salary.Their managers and TL steal money from employees incentives.Managers specially are good for nothing(Cant even speak fluent english😂😂😂)

The management, manager Krishna from Frontline and the supervisors who shall remain anonymous. But I will mention Krishna as he is the worst manager and completely bias with employees. Full of politics, unprofessionalism and drama. They can fire employees suddenly without the employees knowledge. Only after few days of not letting th em logged in, they will just call after 3-4 days to just announce that you're fired for some compliance which was never made aware about, by supervisors and manager. They use employees as scapegoats and kick them out when there a slight decrease of performance in the frontline process. This is done such to avoid audit and managers can get caught not doing their job. And 10 hrs total login is purely using all the employees strength to slave for them. Krishna manager plays his favourites as well with some few employees. Worst management and supervisors are super unprofessional, speaking only Hindi and use profane languages in meetings. They will openly humiliate employees in meetings by playing their bad calls and give a very demeaning comments infront of all the teams combined. You can't even take leaves even when medical certificate is submitted to them<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is totally unacceptable and they will deduct both salary and incentives for absence</mark>. You will think inspire of salary, I can earn from incentives. But no, only the favourite ones will only get good calls for collection and so, incentives goes to them always. All you will end up is salary and few 2-5k of incentives that's it. You will be underpaid for all the effort you put in, for 9 hrs of login every single day and all they will notice is your mistakes only.
