There is nothing to learn as such it seems like a clerical copy paste job with no signs of growth. I was asked to resign from the company within a month's time because I used a regional language to chat with one of my colleagues on Teams chat. Where to start..... 1) they joined us saying it will be 9 hours shift then tell us it is 10 hours shift. 2) in training they made us do 12 hour shift... didn't even ask for our preference if we want to do it or no.. directly ordered for it... 3) management treats you like you are maid and not employees. They will use foul language,bad tones, have no respect towards women's<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 4) NO job security, they can ask you anytime to leave even on small humanly mistakes </mark>. 5) They will make you do hours and hours of OT but when there is time for the payment, there will be discrepancy and you won't get the amount and they will just ask you to run from this department to that begging for your money. 6) They lack basic humanity 7) They are breaking all the labour laws 8) They do all of this because they know they are in a position to do so as they are the only ones providing permanent wfh that's why they exploit their employees. 9) I think some kind of fraud is going on there. The work was fine however the lack in backing and support from the client does not go well with a healthy working environment. Also commitments made to the staff should have been adhered to.
