Lack of Design Knowledge at the CEO Level: The CEO does not have a basic understanding of design, which leads to constant interference in every small task. Limited Opportunities for Growth: There is no room for learning or career development, as the company prefers to have only one designer at a time. I must say about nothing is there to like but all the employees are good and very helpful.

Dislikes

There are many: Management is biased, they don't trust anybody and they do a lot of micromanagement, HR is a puppet and they introduce new rule which are beneficial to the owner but a challenge to the employees everytime. There is no job security, whenever the owner feel they may terminate you.
