Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

It all matters what you experience at your work place, the directors are blind, they don’t know what their sub ordinates are doing, management is least bothered to know the truth. Finally when the employee leaves the organization, compnay starts black mailing employee to sign affidavit to leave the industry. Highly non professional goof.

No policies, no standards procedures, no HR policies, no employee grading policies, no promotion set policies, working environment is average, TCs are liked, company hold your final settlement benefits and disturb you after u leave,
