First of all this is not MNC, Dont expect anything from them expect salary. They charge to employees for Health insurance as well. HR and Management team is very rude, unprofessional and Unethical people. never delivered their promise about appraisal and promotions. 1) No Career growth. Here in R4 there is no job security and no appraisals at all. HR is not good. This is completely night shift and there is no allowance. Good thing is permanent remote job.
