This is one of the fastest growing company in medical billing. I love many of things in R1. The work culture is exemplary here I have never seen such type of working culture in any other organisation apart from work culture they also have very good growth rate. If you have something in you, you will definitely grow here.

Dislikes

Many of the things I like here but on the same time I also don't like few things like if you got promoted here the amount of salary they will increase that is very low, on the same time if you see if someone was hired from outside they will get much more salary then you are getting. That's the only drawback I'll say here in this organisation.

Overall R1 Rcm good for new graduates to start their career and yes job security also here, learning but once you have good experience here salary appraisal low here rest everything good. Food, can facility, infrastructure.

Need to work on IT, system work slow and no prompt response from IT team. Just route ticket from one table to another table.

If you have right skillset and right attitude, you can grow at a very fast pace in this organization. The salary is always on time, the perks like transport, gym allowance ,mobile allowance, insurance, meal, etc. are very good.

Dislikes

-You have to Work on Indian Festivals and Holidays as well. -No Training - No personal Life -If you are in Management Position , then you have to work 15-16 Hours a day also no one from senior management will support you or Train you. -My suggestion would be take your promotion here then switch to other organization.
