Salary, increment is delayed,for example if you joined aug you won't get an increment in April, they give increment in September,and give arrears from April, if you resigned july you won't get an increment, in many scenarios they won't give increment 1st year, you have to wait for 2nd year, that year also you won't expect a decent increment, they want to hire you for a lower salary,so that they can run their company....Read More
