I have several concerns about our current work environment and policies. Firstly, the leave approval process is overly complicated, requiring multiple approvals even in emergencies. This adds unnecessary stress and makes it difficult to manage personal matters. When we give feedback, management often dismisses it due to their ego. This creates a cycle where issues are not addressed, leading to failure and subsequent blame on team members. Egoistic management members who consider themselves heads are making false statements to their senior persons. The HR department often comes across as rude, negatively affecting employee morale. Additionally, the HR team seems to lack basic knowledge about employee rules, such as what constitutes Basic Pay. They create rules for leave policies and clock-in timing but do not apply these rules to themselves. The process for salary increments is unclear and seems to be based on favoritism rather than merit. Current employees, who have extensive knowledge about projects, often feel undervalued. The company does not offer competitive pay for experienced employees, leading them to consider switching jobs. If anyone from top management is ready to take feedback seriously, they should talk to the team (without any management persons or leads) and resolve these issues for a better future for both the company and the employees....Read More

Furthermore, the company's policies are not employee-friendly, lacking provisions for personal time off and expecting employees to work overtime without proper compensation. The overall work environment in the office is highly toxic. the behavior of manager, particularly HOD , was the worst experienced in my career. there was no professionalism whatsoever. managers frequently used demeaning and disrespectful language. and main thing about that HOD is which is non technical manager made a habit of taunting employees about their personal lives. there was a complete lack of boundaries. managers frequently engage in the politics and favoritism. those who do not involve their politics are often sidelined or unfairly targeted. in daily morning meetings, the manager would often threatens developers, saying thing like, "i will fire you" i have the power . i can do anything with you i can promote or fire you. no growth, hiring and firing games always , there no work life balance even you have to work on weekend . salary delays were frequent issue. Even after completing the all assigned tasks , the manager would say , "No one is going home until i say". NOTE:- there are countless companies out there that value their employee, foster a positive work culture and offer healthy work life balance. don't settle for a toxic environment. please explore other opportunities and do not join this company....Read More
