Career growth is good. Being a developing company, there is lot of scope and progression opportunity. One great thing is that even the junior workforce gets to be involved in the end to end implementation of Systems, tools or any project. Work environment is good. Learning initiatives helps upskill employees to a great extent

Dislikes

Compensation is very low compared to industry standards, attrition is way too high due to mechanical engineers not happy with the compensation, I feel QuEST is not well aligned to its culture pillar - Open & transparent. There are few tenured employees who have a say over anything and everything, sometimes is unfair.
