what I loved working in QuEST was about the work culture and the friendly environment which the office environment provide you.

Dislikes

Mainly the salary and incentives. I joined as a fresher and was given 16K- 21K( including shift allowances), which is very low for an aeronautical engineer though might be working as after market service engineer.

Wonderful working environment, with world class amenities. Even though I came from a different state there was no discrimination within the campus. I was associated with one of the best team, where the opportunity for learning is extensive

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits is not as per the standard when compared to any of the engineering services companies. There is no adequate training provided, as it's more of a self learning process, wherein we even do get support from our team members. We can't expect much challenges in service industry, but to my surprise I had a wonderful opportunity to firefight on daily basis which is kind of interesting and also had a opportunity to interact with global stakeholders
