Management is worst just few good manager are there .. i have served 2 years of my life for quatrro and received awards for settling down 2 pilot process alone due to some family issue i was searching for job and i got the offer letter from genpact but they promised to increase the salary because appraisal is not good here i stayed then they didnot gave appraisal as promised then i again looked for new job and i got after i left my manager blacklisted me he did politics he has given wrong and bad review to other company and went to HR and told a fake story that i am influencing other employee to leave the company … its the worst experience i ever had one of my manager mr alok and mr ankur they are very supportive but at the end i got blacklisted...Read More
