Salary on time, job security, helpful senior and friendly colleagues

Dislikes

No work life balance after covid, no sunday off if you have urgent project, appraisal is not up to the mark, no promotion, nothing to learn or grow after a certain time, salary is very low compared to other companies.

Work policy: For ASC department it is permanently work from home. For MEP department it's work from office.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
