1. Pathetic HR policies (no leave encashment, no WFH, no additional leaves in case of emergency, no perks and incentives, no leaves during festivals, and very few leaves during probation) 2. Deteriorating work culture (rumors, backstabbing, gossiping, slandering, blame gaming, pointing fingers at others) owing to toxic folks 3. Mentors/leaders assigned with weak knowledge, minimal experience, and evade when fault gets recognized 4. Don't believe in quality, but focuses on quantity 5. Zero motivation and recognition for hard work 6. Zero work satisfaction 7. Complete marketing and sales job 8. Impromptu decisions, unrealistic goals, poor business model 9.
