Work culture is good, management also good but about policies there are no policies

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.There is a agreement policy which changes as per the employee and yes they didn't give any job training because it's a academics

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything in the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
